Share Prize XVI
At Share Festival, technological innovation has always been the raw material for artistic experiences capable of reshaping the collective imagination tied to high-tech and the possible futures it generates. Yet, we are living in a moment where our ideas of the future are being questioned by the global phenomenon of the ecological crisis, whose contradictions are already tangible in local realities such as Turin. In light of these phenomena, technology is often imagined as an entirely artificial factor, co-responsible for the processes of environmental pollution and energy waste that endanger the balance of ecosystems.
